Use the original video as the exact reference for **timing, camera movement, effects, transitions, composition, and pacing**.
Keep the **entire first half of the video completely unchanged**.
Only replace the **unflattering/ugly face photo that appears in the second half of the video** with the **user-uploaded image**.
When the reveal happens, show the uploaded image in exactly the same place, size, crop, perspective, timing, and visual treatment as the original ugly photo.
